We were only in town for about 16 hours so really only slept here but the bed was really comfortable, the location was really convenient for us, and the house was very clean!

Jason and Macie's place was fantastic! Beautiful, emmaculate, well stocked, comfortable, and quiet. Jason and Macie were super hosts! They let us to check in early, and when Doordash delivered our order to their house, Macie was quick to let me know. Our only problem was what others have mentioned (this is absolutely no fault of the hosts)--Uber drivers and Doordashers can't follow instructions and insist on picking up/dropping off at the main house instead of at the actual location of the Airbnb, which faces the alley behind the main house. After a Doordash mishap, we discovered there's a front facing gate to the right of the main house that allows quick access to the front. My only suggestion would be a couple of extra bath towels (ladies with long hair need an extra towel sometimes). I wanted to sweep (because we ate delicious croissants from Paris Baguette-highly recommend!) and got flakes on the rug accidentally, but couldn't figure out how to get it down. Sorry for the flakes!!!

This Airbnb was absolutely outstanding! Not only was it private and relaxing (especially needed as we were traveling home from having attended a family funeral), but also one of the most comfortable, elevated and clean locations we’ve ever stayed in. Plus, we learned how to make pour over coffee using their setup and clear instructions…it was both fun and delicious! Can’t recommend this Airbnb enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Second time staying here, and the place is just as beautiful as I remembered. Everything feels fresh, well-kept, and cared for. Easy choice to come back, and I’d stay again!

Location and peaceful! Just a few miles from Broadway yet completely quiet and safe. Our Uber trips were quick and affordable from this location. The home is easily accessible from the alley and the neighborhood was pleasant. The space is private and very comfortable. The bed, linens and pillows were cozy. The kitchen is well appointed and the snacks were a nice touch. The natural light in the space is really nice. The shower is spacious and shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided which was nice. Overall, solid 5 stars and more for the communication and hospitality from Jason and Macie.

The guesthouse is in a walkable area of East Nashville, with ample bar/coffee/restaurant options within a 15-minute walk. Generally, you can get to downtown areas with ride-shares for around $10, and to many other areas of the city for under $20 (unless surge pricing is in effect). There is free private parking at the guesthouse, and you can find free public parking in most scenarios outside of downtown, it's surrounding areas, and major event days. If you plan to drive downtown, Music City Center has relatively affordable parking starting at $15. Our nearest bus stop is at the corner of Cleveland St and Meridian St, about a 10-minute walk away. Please see WeGo Public Transit's website for more information. Nashville isn't super bike friendly, but there are some dedicated lanes interspersed throughout the city. The Shelby Park Greenway is a short commute from the guesthouse and offers a leisurely ride away from motor vehicles. Please look up the following for cycling resources: The Nashville Groove Bikeways Map, Nashville BCycle bike rental (docking stations), and Green Fleet Bikes (rentals and tours).
